The CarNode app is provided by B-CORE-IT, owner Ahmet Bozkurt, Birkenweg 11, 57645 Nister, Germany (info@b-core-it.de).
CarNode is an app for managing vehicles, service history, fuel log, costs, reminders and documents. All data is stored locally on your device. Use is free for one active vehicle.
The one-time in-app purchase “CarNode Pro” lets you manage an unlimited number of vehicles. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Purchase, payment, withdrawal and refunds are governed by the terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play. For Apple, the Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
As your data is only on your device, you are responsible for backing it up (e.g. device backup or a backup file from the app). If the device is lost or broken without a backup, the data cannot be restored.
Fuel prices come from the German Market Transparency Unit for Fuels via Tankerkönig and may differ from the actual price at the pump. Reminders do not replace checking legal deadlines yourself (e.g. vehicle inspection).
Do not use the app while driving.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.
We may adjust these terms, for example for new features or changes in the law. The current version is always available in the app.
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you habitually reside remain unaffected.
